We had a great stay at Gostops Mussoorie, Library Road - Rooms & Dorms. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to many key attractions in the city. The bedding and rooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Although the room size was smaller compared to other hostels in the competition, it didn't bother us much as we were mostly out exploring the city. The lack of amenities for the dorms, such as toiletries and a bucket in the bathroom, was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the spacious rooms and the great view of the mountains from the sitting area. The cafe served amazing food, and the staff was always helpful and friendly, making me feel safe and comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect, providing easy transportation to the city centre.
Don't have any issues at all.

the free Wi-Fi connection was fantastic, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather. the hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation.

The staff were friendly and accommodating during our Easter weekend stay. They offered two complementary activities that added to our overall experience. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. One other advantage we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the accommodations.
The room itself was not up to our expectations. We noticed a lack of attention to detail in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
